Learning what we need to tighten up in the field. Need more systematic upstream approach. Many programs and research studies used general knowledge approach. These didn't have much effect. Need a program for high risk populations. Regarding Gender, Culture, Educational and Age considerations, tailoring the programs will make programs more effective. Cost studies should use common language and measurements, so programs can be compared and evaluated better.
